Beatles tribute band to play Kenley
LAYTON — The Beatles tribute band Imagine: Remembering the Fab Four will perform here next week.
The concert begins at 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, in the Kenley Amphitheater, 403 N. Wasatch Drive. The group will be joined by a local orchestra; organizers say it'll be Beatles music like you've never heard before.
The group features Tom Coburn as John Lennon, Richard Fazzi as Paul McCartney, Brad Armstrong as George Harrison, and Mark Robinette as Ringo Starr. Members of the band are scattered across the country, but Robinette lives in Kaysville.
Tickets are $10 to $30, depending on location.

Local musicians to play Junction
OGDEN — The Music on the Plaza Live Acoustic Music Series continues next week with more performances from local artists.
Organizers describe the series as a “quaint, relaxed mini concert series showcasing local musicians.”
The two-hour concerts will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays at The Junction in downtown Ogden, at 23rd Street and Kiesel Avenue.
Admission is free.
The series began Wednesday with Zachary Helios Peterson. Upcoming concerts include:

• July 3 — Bill N Diane
• July 10 — Brook Mackintosh
• July 17 — Morgan Thomas

Evening of Bluegrass at DAC
LAYTON — An Evening of Bluegrass is on tap this weekend at Kenley Amphitheater.
The Davis Arts Council’s Free Sunday Night Concert Series continues at 7 p.m. Sunday with a performance by two bluegrass bands — Ophir Creek, and Picks ‘N Stix. The bands will bring their fiddles, mandolins, guitars and more to offer up some toe-tapping tunes at the amphitheater, 403N. Wasatch Blvd.

Utah Blues Fest comes to SLC
SALT LAKE CITY — The fifth annual Utah Blues Festival hits town this weekend.
The festival runs from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, June 14, and noon to 10 p.m. Saturday, June 15, at The Gallivan Center, 239 S. Main St.
Friday’s performers will include Tab Benoit, Sue Foley, and Jason Ricci & The Bad Kind. Saturday’s musicians are Ronnie Earl & The Broadcasters, Mindi Abair & The Boneshakers, The Connection: Mike Welch & Friends, Cafe R&B, Backtrack Blues Band, and UBS Youth Blues Band.
Food trucks and other vendors will be on hand. Water, soft drinks and beer will also be available. Blankets and low-profile chairs are welcome; no outside food or drink is allowed.
Admission ranges from $35 to $70. Ages 12 and younger are admitted free.
