Ben Fowler, the founder of Burger Bar in Roy, passed away Monday, May 23, 2016 at 96. He lived a full life, including service as Navy fighter pilot, a businessman, a member of the Utah House of Representatives and later a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
