OGDEN — The victim in a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred Friday has been identified.

According to Lt. William Farr of the Ogden Police Department, Cardon Angell, 67, was killed after his motorcycle ran into a passenger vehicle at the intersection of Mountain Road and 1100 North on Friday night.

Farr said a passenger vehicle was traveling north on Mountain Road before making a left turn onto 1100 North at around 11:53 p.m. Friday.

“As the vehicle made the turn, a motorcycle traveling south on Mountain Road collided with the vehicle,” Farr said. “The motorcycle rider was deceased by the time officers arrived.”

He added that there is no suspicion of impairment at this time and that no charges are pending at the moment, but the accident remains under investigation.
