LAYTON — Police say a 34-year-old man was killed Tuesday night after being stuck by an SUV in Layton.
Layton Police Lt. James Petre said the man's name is not being released yet and the incident is still under investigation. Police were dispatched to the scene at 1650 North on Hill Field Road at about 6:30 p.m.
Petre said the driver of the SUV was not cited.
The man was crossing at a dark, mid-block section of the street and was not in a crosswalk, Petre said.
