Minor league teams sign affiliation agreements every two years with major league teams, so, from decade to decade, farm clubs can often change parent clubs.
The Pioneer League has enjoyed an unusual run of consistency.
Ogden renewed its agreement with the Los Angeles Dodgers for the 2019-20 seasons which, after that period concludes, will mark 18 seasons since the Raptors became a Dodgers affiliate in 2003.
That was the last time the Pioneer League had teams change affiliations. Idaho Falls (Royals), Provo/Orem (Angels), Casper/Grand Junction (Rockies), Missoula (Diamondbacks), Billings (Reds), Helena/Colorado Springs (Brewers) and Great Falls (White Sox) join Ogden in holding the same MLB affiliations since 2003.
