Wells Fargo bank robbery suspect

This 60-year-old white male is suspected of robbing a Wells Fargo bank in Ogden on Tuesday, June 4. Those with information about his identity should contact Ogden Police at 801-629-8029.

OGDEN — Police are searching for a man who robbed an Ogden bank Tuesday.

At 12:12 p.m., Ogden Police responded to the Wells Fargo at 4301 Harrison Blvd. where a robbery had taken place. The suspect had fled the scene before police arrival, according to a news release from OPD.

The suspect presented a note demanding money to bank employees and, once he had the money, fled southbound on Harrison Boulevard in a green Dodge truck.

The suspect is described as a 60-year-old white male. He has gray hair, a thin build, and is approximately 6 feet tall. During the robbery, he was wearing a gray baseball cap and a blue sweatshirt with an unknown logo. He was also wearing thick-rimmed glasses, police say.

The incident is under investigation.
