OGDEN — Are your spidey senses tingling?
Week two of the city’s Monday Night Movies series continues next week with a showing of “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.” The movie begins at 7:30 p.m. Monday, June 17, in the Ogden Amphitheater, 343 Historic 25th St. Admission is free.
“Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” is a 2018 computer-animated film that explores the exploits of a half-dozen Spider-Man superheroes across a number of alternate universes. The superheroes join forces to save New York City from the villain Kingpin.
The film was directed by Bob Persichetti, Peter Ramsey and Rodney Rothman, with a screenplay by Rothman and Phil Lord. It features the voices of Shameik Moore, Jake Johnson, Hailee Steinfeld, Mahershala Ali, Brian Tyree Henry, Lily Tomlin, Zoe Kravitx, John Mulaney, Kimiko Glenn, Nicolas Cage, Liev Schreiber and Chris Pine.
The film is rated PG and has a running time of 1 hour, 57 minutes.
