BRIGHAM CITY — Anna Christensen kept a clean sheet as Box Elder blanked Fremont (0-1) in each team’s season opener.

Halle Wright, Kaydence Barber and Desarae Elegante each scored in the first half for Box Elder (1-0).

DAVIS 8, LOGAN 1

LOGAN — Olivia Flint netted a hat trick and Davis led 5-1 at the half to open the season with a big win at Logan.

Emery Jacobs scored a brace for Davis (1-0). Karlie Rigby, Kayla Wade and Avery Thal each scored one goal.

MORGAN 6, JUAB 0

MORGAN — Lacie Poll scored a hat trick and added two assists as Morgan blanked Juab.

Brecklee Charlton added one goal and two assists. Kapree Charlton and Macie Burton each scored one goal while Emma Toone and Kenzie Kendell had one assist apiece. Madi Wangsgard and Miya Turner shared the clean sheet.
