Ogden trailed 4-1 after one inning, scored five times in the top of the third to take the lead and then held on for a 6-5 win Monday at Ben Lomond to complete the season sweep over the Scots (1-14, 0-12 Region 11).
Bode Larson batted 2 for 3 with two RBIs and a double, Payton Boney drove in two runs and Teig Marvell batted 2 for 3 with a walk for the Tigers (3-14, 3-11 Region 11). Matt Garceau pitched a complete game for the win.
The Scots scored four runs in the bottom of the first, helped by Chase Burns’ two-run double to right field.
Burns drove in three total runs. Brady Walling notched a base hit and scored two runs.
CLEARFIELD 3, NORTHRIDGE 1
Clearfield went back into second place in Region 1 with a close win over Northridge (2-13, 2-7 Region 1). Conner Coleman batted 2 for 3 with two RBIs, a walk and a double, and Taylor Sato hit 2 for 4 with a double for the Falcons (9-8, 7-4 Region 1).
Bryson Hirabayashi batted 3 for 3 and pitched 5 1/3 innings, allowing one run on three hits with eight strikeouts.
Caleb Brown drove in the Knights’ lone run in the fourth inning. Stockton Cleverly pitched six strong innings.
SKYRIDGE 5, FARMINGTON 3
Skyridge’s Jaxon Peck hit a two-run, walk-off home run to hand Farmington (6-10) a non-region loss.
Brock Brown batted 2 for 3 with a walk for the Phoenix, while Ethan Trump and Connor Thomas drove in a run each.

Leonardo Paschoal scored four goals and assisted on two others to lead Layton Christian (12-0-1, 7-0-1 Region 16) to a big win over Utah Military Academy.
Fredrico Tremonti scored a hat trick with two assists and Mario Franco scored two goals. Santiago Naliato, Marco Fransisco and Jan Vollrath all got on the scoresheet, and Matheus Silva had the shutout.
SUMMIT ACADEMY 8
Ashley Fisher completed a 4-for-5, five-RBI day by driving in the winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning to give Morgan (12-6, 4-2 Region 13) a walk-off win over Summit Academy. Karly Peterson batted 3 for 4 with two doubles as the Trojans fought back from a 5-1 deficit in the second inning.

GREEN CANYON 1
Bear River (8-8, 5-0 Region 12) pounded out 13 hits in a big region win over Green Canyon. McCall Maxfield got the win in the pitcher’s circle for the Bears.
Thirteen of the Bears’ hits were for extra bases, with Oaklie Maxfield hitting a triple, Ashley Hess hitting two doubles, and the quartet of Josie Larkin, Keagan Summers, Madison Morris and Maizy Giles hitting one double each.
