The Ogden Raptors had their final two regular-season games canceled by rain and bad field conditions in Johnstown, Colorado.

The Raptors and the Northern Colorado Owlz split the four-game series 2-2 and Ogden won the season series 14-8.

Ogden led Friday’s game 9-4 with the Owlz batting in the bottom of the fourth when it was suspended by weather. The teams planned to continue that game Saturday and play Saturday’s regularly scheduled season finale after, but both were nixed by poor field conditions.

Ogden finishes the regular season with a 51-43 record. They open the Pioneer League playoffs with Game 1 of the South Division series at 6 p.m. Monday in Grand Junction. Game 2 is at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in Ogden, with Game 3 on Thursday if necessary.
