The logo collection for the new minor league baseball franchise Rocky Mountain Vibes, moving from Helena, Montana, to Colorado Springs for the 2019 Pioneer League season.

The Pioneer League baseball franchise moving from Helena, Montana, to Colorado Springs — replacing the outgoing Triple-A Sky Sox, who moved to San Antonio — announced the franchise’s new identity Monday.

Welcome the Rocky Mountain Vibes to the Pioneer League.

General manager Chris Phillips told media at the announcement the name is about the outdoors and the feeling you get when living in Colorado, according to reports from and the Denver Post.

The team’s logo is a flame-engulfed stick/bat with the flames spelling ‘Vibes.’ An alternate logo is a walking, sunglasses-clad s’more — which will also be the mascot named ‘Toasty Vibes.’

The team says the ballpark will open campfire pits for fans to toast their own s’mores during games.

The Rocky Mountain Vibes join the Ogden Raptors, Orem Owlz and Grand Junction Rockies in the Pioneer League’s South Division. Idaho Falls moves to the North Division with the Missoula Osprey, Billings Mustangs and Great Falls Voyagers.

Despite the move, the team is still the rookie-league affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers.

The Vibes first visit Ogden on July 4, 2019, to begin a five-game Raptors homestand, according to a schedule the team shared Monday on Twitter.

That schedule shows the 2019 season is slated to begin Friday, June 14.
