OGDEN — After the two most successful seasons in franchise history, the Ogden Raptors are now gearing up for their 26th season of baseball that begins next month.
While season tickets are on sale now, single-game tickets will go on sale at 9 a.m. Monday, June 3.
For the third straight season, the Raptors will host a FanFest to kick off the season. That is scheduled for Wednesday, June 12, at Lindquist Field.
Gates open at 5 p.m. for fans to see part of a team practice. At 6 p.m., players will begin mingling with fans and the night will give way to a fan home run derby with tickets on the line.
As has become tradition, the night will also feature food and live music. Fans can learn at the FanFest how to order food online, a service new to the ballpark this year, according to team president Dave Baggott.
The season begins Friday, June 14, with the first of a four-game homestand against the Grand Junction Rockies.
Fans can call 801-393-2400 or visit ogden-raptors.com for more information about these events.
The Raptors went 93-59 in the last two seasons, winning the Pioneer League title for the first time in 2017 with a team-record 47 wins before going 46-30 in 2018.
Ogden has led the league in attendance for 22 consecutive seasons since Lindquist Field opened in 1997, averaging 3,402 fans per game last year.
