Mitch and Brenda Boren of Roy announce the marriage of their son, Alex, to Jennifer Johnson of Monument, CO. The couple was married on May 14, 2016, at Garden of the Gods Park in Colorado Springs, CO.

Alex is a 2010 graduate of Roy High School and a 2015 graduate of the University of Utah. He graduated with his self-created, interdisciplinary Philosophy Degree and is employed as a proposal writer at Geonetric in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She is employed as a Registered Nurse at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City.

The couple honeymooned in Belize.
