Blaine Edwin Berry age 92 of Roy Utah, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 from COVID-19.

He was born June 29, 1929 in Ogden, a son of George Edwin and Edna Ellen Berry. He was preceded in death by his first wife Louise Coxey married September 14, 1951. Their marriage was solemnized June 19, 1968 in the Los Angeles LDS Temple. He is survived by his current spouse, Mrs. Kay Parker Stark for over 30 years.

Blaine was a beloved father, grandfather, and great grandfather, who dedicated many years of his life helping others and in service to his faith of the Roy 5th Ward; where he has served in many church callings. He was also a member of the Golden Spike Minerals rock hounding club, former president of the Good Sam’s and the Air Force Association. He was the former owner/founder of Berry Enterprises as a machinist and served time in the US Navy (aboard the USS Boxer) during the Korean War.

Blaine is survived by his two sons and two daughters, Scott (Linda) Berry, West Haven; Lynn Berry, West Haven; Elaine (John) Dauma, Salt Lake City; and Janice (Tom) Arnold of Kinsley, Kansas; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Ogden City Cemetery.
