Happy 60th Anniversary!: Phillip and Beverline Gooch

Phillip and Beverline Gooch celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on October 8, 2014. They were married October 8, 1954 in Clearfield, Utah. They have eight children and 19 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. They have lived in Syracuse for 47 years. They serve on the Syracuse Museum Foundation Board and have given thousands of hours in volunteer service at the Syracuse Museum and Cultural Center and love being a part of the history of their community.

They have traveled and lived all over the world through their services in the United States Air Force and with their church. One of the most special times of their life was the time they served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Outer Mongolia. They have made friends wherever they go because of their great love for others.

Over the years their children have always been able to look to them to see what true love really is. They have always been great examples of a true love story. They have demonstrated through their married life that True Love stands by each other’s side on good days and stands even closer on bad days. Their family is so proud and grateful for such wonderful parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents and they wish them many, many, more years of love and happiness.
