Clain “Jess” and Carma Archibald of Garland, Utah, will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary on August 6, 2018. They were married in the Logan LDS Temple, August 6, in 1948.

They have made their home in Garland, all 70 of their years together.

Clain “Jess” retired from Thiokol in 1991, and Carma retired from Wells Fargo Bank that same year.

They have enjoyed traveling together with their many friends, served an LDS mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Vancouver, Canada, and served many years in the Logan LDS Temple.

Whatever they have done, its been with each other by their sides.

They have five children: Mike (LeRae) Archibald, Fruit Heights; Alan (Pam) Archibald, St. George; Deaun Marsh, South Jordan; Jesse (Franci) Archibald, Mt. Green; and Denise (Curtis) Stimpson, Tremonton. They also are the proud grandparents to 21 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren. They plan to celebrate with a small family get together.

We, as a family, are grateful for the blessing of having them together and in our lives for 70 years.
