Kent Bruce and Robyn Barker Schofield will be celebrating their 50th anniversary on June 28, 2018. They were married June 28, 1968, in Syracuse, UT. They were privileged to be sealed in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple the next year.

Kent is the son of Bruce and Mary Schofield of Syracuse, UT. Robyn is the daughter of the late Allan B. Barker and Olga Barker Rowley (Leland Rowley) of Marriott-Slaterville, UT.

They are the parents of seven children: Barry and Ivette Schofield of Buckeye, AZ; Lyle Schofield, world traveler; Kelly and Emily Schofield of Chapel Hill, NC; Paul Schofield (deceased) Michael and Amie Schofield of Marriott Slaterville, UT; Lynette (deceased) and Richard Fryer of Ogden, UT and Alicia and Drew Dalton of Farr West, UT. They also have 27 precious grandchildren.

Kent is a professional truck driver, working for Tramcor Corp. In his spare time he likes to work with his bees, make keepsake boxes and work around the yard.

Robyn retired in 2011, after 26 ^ years at IRS. She now spends her time with her grandchildren, working in her yard and reading from her extensive library.

There will be an open house in their honor on Saturday, June 30, 2018, at the Marriott-Slaterville City Park at 1570 W. 400 N., Marriott Slatterville, UT, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. No gifts please, your presence is all we need.
