Ron and Eileen Udink were married October 9, 1968, in the Salt Lake Temple.

Ron graduated from Clearfield High School and served a tour in Vietnam for the Army. Eileen graduated from Ben Lomond High School and Utah State University, with a degree in elementary education. They were set up on a blind date by Ron’s Aunt Emma, and have been together ever since.

They raised their family in Clinton, UT, where they lived for 40 years before building their new home in Taylor, UT. Ron worked at Hill Air Force Base as an engineer tech and rocket motor dissector, and Eileen taught elementary school at Hooper Elementary. They both retired in 2004. Ron enjoys riding his Harley, and visiting Disneyland with Eileen.

They were blessed with four children: Jeremy Udink, Trina (Danny) Jackson, Jared (Lisa) Udink, and Erin (James) Joseph. They have 11 grandchildren that they love very much.
