John and Connie celebrating 50 years of marriage.

Married in 1968, and moved to Arkansas. We were poor before we knew what poor was. Money does not buy happiness. And we were happy.

We moved all over the world, living as gypsies. We have two sons and three grandchildren. Proud of each one. We will be renewing our wedding vows at the Prince of Peace Base Chapel on Saturday, a parish we have been active in since 1981.

Love and Forgiveness are two words that we live by, Connie forgives, and John gets to love the most wonderful Nebraska farm girl in the world.
