Happy 50th Anniversary!: David and Vickie Lesley

By Staff | Apr 7, 2019

David and Vickie Lesley will mark their Golden 50th Anniversary this April with a celebration with family and friends.

Dave and Vickie have been life-long residents of Weber County, residing in Riverdale for over 30 years and spending the last 15 years in West Weber. Dave retired from the Utah Highway Patrol and his landscaping company, Yard Barber. Vickie worked at HAFB, reared their children, and operated their Assisted Living Facility in Riverdale, Stoney Brooke, prior to selling that a few years ago. Together they operated Lesley’s Mobile Home Park for several years. They have served in several positions in the LDS church including Bishop, High Council, Elder’s Quorum Presidency, Ward Mission Leaders, Sunday School, Relief Society President, and Primary.

They have built a successful life together and have served as great examples of being careful, ethical business owners, honest and trustworthy friends and neighbors, and exceptionally loving and nurturing parents.

Dave and Vickie have three children; Steve (LeighAnn) Lesley, Dawn (Michael) Fielding, and Chauncey (Jill) Lesley. They have nine grandchildren; Meagan (Cody) Spruill, Jordan Lesley, Riachle Child, Reagen Child, Tyler (Chatana) Fielding, Courtney Child, Catie (Bryson) Shaffer, Trenden Fielding, Chandler Lesley, and Skyler Lesley, and eight 1/2 great-grandchildren, all of whom would love for you to share this special occasion with their parents and grandparents at an Open House on Saturday, April 13, 2019, at the LDS Chapel on 900 S. 4100 W. in West Weber, from 5-7 p.m. Please join us!
