Dean and Celine North are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. They met while attending Weber State University and were high school rivals with Dean attending Ben Lomond High School and Celine attending Ogden High School.

They married while Dean was on leave from the Vietnam war on December 20th 1968 in Salt Lake City, Utah. They have three children: Jason, Jeff (Katie) and Tami and nine grandchildren.

Family and friends are welcome to celebrate cake and ice cream at an open house on January 12, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at the LDS Church 1550 Rushton Ave Ogden, Utah.
