Our sweet, loving mother and grandma turned the big 80 on February 13th, 2019! Jody was born in Jackson, Wyoming in 1939, and later moved to Ogden, Utah where she met the love of her life, Thane. They were married when she was just 17 on June 26th, 1956, and raised two children, Thane and JoDeane.

She worked at the IRS for many years before retiring. Through her wonderful 80 years, she has loved taking care of her grandkids and spent many a day at their sporting and rodeo events. She sure loves her grandkids, great-grandkids and great-grand puppies.

We would like to invite all family and friends to Celebrate Grandma’s 80 years by having a Brunch Open House on Saturday, March 2nd, 2019, from 11-1 p.m. at the Plain City Lions Club, 4350 West 2575 North, Plain City, Utah 84404. A light brunch and dessert will be served. No gifts please.
