Betty Jean Melton was honored by her family and friends for her 90th birthday at the Golden Corrall in Layton on June 2, 2019.

She was born June 1, 1929, at St. Lukes Hospital in Boise Idaho. Her parents were Asa and Bertha Hebdon.

She has seven children of which six are still living.

She volunteered for 29 years for the Senior Companion Program and wanted to make it to 30 years, but had to retire due to illness.

She has 27 grandchildren, 54 great-grandkids, 15 great-great-grandkids and three more on the way.

Mom feels very blessed with her large wonderful family!
