The family of Melvin (Mel) Stuart would like to invite family and friends to a celebration in his honor. An open house will be held Saturday, June 15, 2019, from 6-8 pm at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints building located at 3267 W. 700 S. in Syracuse.
