Patsy turns 80 on February 16, 2020. Patsy grew up in Hooper and is one of three children born to William and Elva Schultz.

Patsy has three children; Rodney (Becky), Raymond (deceased), and Lori (Brian).

She Also has 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

An Open House will be held in her honor on Sunday, February 16, 2020, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Hooper Community Center- 5580 W. 4600 S., Hooper. No gifts please.
