May 28, 1943 ~ October 17, 2015

ROY – Surrounded by his family and friends, the earth lost an extraordinary man, and Heaven gained an extraordinary spirit. Dennis Parker Price was born on May 28, 1943 and left us on October 17, 2015 after a hard fight.

He worked as a Deputy Sheriff for Weber County for 20 years before retiring, but his greatest accomplishment was marrying Sharon Olsen in 1965 in the Salt Lake Temple. They were married for 50 years. He and his wife raised three daughters and one son. They were the joys of his life.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents and son, Troy Dennis Price. He left behind his wife, Sharon Price; daughters, Patti Price, Kim Price Littlefield and Melissa Price, all of Roy; two grandsons, Brekkott Chapman and Troy Littlefield and brothers, Bill and Bud Price.

Funeral services will be held Monday, October 26, 2015 at 11 a.m. at the Roy 30th Ward, 5900 South 3100 West, Roy. A viewing will be held Sunday at Myers Roy Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday at the church from 10 to 10:40 a.m. prior to services.

Interment, Roy City Cemetery.
