David Wayne Swift

1962 – 2021

David was born April 5th, 1962, the second born to Wayne and Juanita Swift. Raised in Sunset, Utah after his father was stationed at Hill AFB. He has always been the most kind and caring person you could ever meet. He joined the Airforce right out of high school and was stationed at Hill AFB, Utah. Although, he wanted to see other parts of the world. He had his shares of ups and downs but they shaped him into an amazing man. David was loved by many, especially his 3 children and 11 combined Grandpuppers. He is survived by his two sons Tyler W. Swift the oldest and Christopher D. Swift the baby, and his only daughter Jennifer (Todd) Nutt protected right in the middle of his boys. His children meant so much to him, they never had to wonder how much he loves them. They hope he never wondered either. He is also survived by both parents Wayne and Juanita Swift of West Haven, his “Big Sis” Vickie (Kevin) Dawson of Layton and their children and grandchildren. David unexpectedly passed away Sunday November 7th, 2021 from complications due to undiagnosed cancer. He was surrounded by his loving family. I’ll love you forever, I’ll like you for always, as long as I’m living my baby you’ll be!
