Matthew D Berry

January 28, 1964 — September 18, 2021

Born to Allan C and Patricia Berry Riverdale Utah. Matt Graduate from Bonneville High School in 1982. He is survived by his daughter Jade (Jacob) Hale, 2 granddaughters and new arrival due in April 2022 also by brothers Todd (Peggy) Berry, Ryan (Pamela) Berry, his twin brother Michael Berry (Randy Butler), sister Marcie (Tod) Bell. Jade was his world. Preceded in death by his parents. Celebration of life will be Saturday October 16, 2021 at Country Meadows Trailer Park Club house 3750 Midland Drive from 3-6 pm.
