Vincent Wayne Cunningham
1960 – 2021
Our beloved husband, father, brother, uncle and son, Vincent “Vince” Cunningham, Age 61, died in his Clearfield home early Saturday morning October 16, 2021, after a long and hard-fought battle with Stage 5 Kidney Failure, Diabetes, and Coronary Heart Disease. He was born in Wichita Kansas on April 2, 1960, to Ervin Leroy Cunningham (deceased) and Patsy Jane Harris.
Services will be held at Provident Funeral Home 3800 S. Washington Blvd., Ogden, UT, 84403. On November 1, 2021, at 11 am, with a gathering for family and friends at 10 am. A celebration of life for family and close friends will be held immediately after the service at: 1895 S Main Street, Clearfield Utah.
