John Marcus Krebs, 76, passed away at his home in Kaysville, Utah on Monday, September 20, 2021.

He was born in Ogden, Utah on December 14, 1944, to John Philip and Clara Neilson Krebs. He lived in Layton in 1950, when his family moved to Kaysville into a new home. He was a graduate of Davis High School and attended Weber State College.

He married Judy Harding on October 1, 1983, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

John was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

He was employed as a motorcycle mechanic at Draayer Harley Davidson and later he was employed as a machinist at Hill Air Force Base where he retired.

John loved to go ice fishing at Strawberry Reservoir, snowmobiling, camping, and flying model airplanes. He enjoyed riding Harley Davidson motorcycles and dirt bikes. He was also great handyman. Most of all, he enjoyed being with his grandkids, Declan, Easton, Gwen, and Corbin.

He was preceded in death by his father John P. (Phil), daughter Megan, and his mother-in-law Clara.

He is survived by his wife Judy, son Philip John Krebs, brothers; Dwight (Martha) Krebs, Roger Krebs, sisters; Geri Krebs, LuAnn (Steve) Kofoed and his four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 25, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Lindquist’s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 N. Main Street, Kaysville, Utah. Friends may visit with family from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary prior to the service.

Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
