Walter Daniels

November 14, 1935 — December 5, 2022

Our father, Walter Daniels, age 87 of Ogden, Utah, peacefully passed away at his home on Monday, morning, December 5, 2022. Born November 14, 1935, in Uintah Basin, Utah, he was the son of the late Hal “Albert” and Elizabeth Litster Daniels. Walt was the youngest of 13 children.

Walter served in the US Airforce during the Korean War. He met his wife of 55 years, Ella “Bonnie” Keeton at Forbes Airforce Base Topeka, KS.

Survived by his three children, Terri, Matt (Stephanie) and Liz; nine grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife and grandson.

Walter was employed at the same company for 37 years, Unisys and later L3 Communications. He was a loyal and dedicated employee.

Some of his favorite memories were hunting and fishing with his family and going to Wendover, concerts, Nascar, and Jazz games. He always enjoyed his never-ending projects at home with his loving dog, Toby.

Our family would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Alisha, Tammy, and Kristen for their loving care and support of our father during his final days.

A memorial services and interment to be announced will be held in the spring. Arrangement entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.
