Jeffrey Stricker

1955 – 2022

Jeffrey Stricker, age 67, of Roy, Utah, passed away at his home on December 25, 2022. Jeff was born April 16, 1955, in Knox County, Ohio to Dan and Nancy Stricker. Jeff grew up on his family’s farm in Martinsburg, Ohio, later the family moved to Mt. Vernon, Ohio.

Jeff joined the United States Air Force in 1974 and was stationed at Hill Air Force Base where he served for 6 years and would routinely be stationed at surrounding locations during his time of service.

Jeff married Toni Tolman and they had one son, Carey. Toni and Jeff would later divorce.

After his discharge in 1980, Jeff worked for Thiokol for two years until he was hired as a civilian at Hill Air Force Base. In 2012, he retired from HAFB with 36 years of service.

Jeff met and married Cindy Arnold and gained a daughter Summer (Randy) Sutherland. Jeff and Cindy were married for 16 years and later divorced.

Jeff enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He loved doing things outside and spending time at his cabin in southern Idaho. Jeff loved old cars, riding motorcycles, four wheeling, hiking, and spending time relaxing.

Jeff was proceeded in death by his mother Nancy Ballengee and his father Dan Stricker.

Jeff is survived by his son Carey (Marie) Stricker of Marriott-Slaterville, Utah and two grandchildren Marissa and Luke Stricker. Jeff also has a large extended family in Knox County, Ohio.
