Ramona Palmer Wiser, 96, passed away peacefully in her home on January 13, 2022. She was born March 27, 1925, in Samaria, ID, the daughter of David Clair and Sevella Mansfield Palmer. She married the love of her life, Lyman S. Wiser on November 24, 1944, in the Logan, UT Temple. They were married for 72 years, and together created a life and a home filled with joy and service.

She loved helping her two boys with scouting, and earned two eagle pins for her efforts.
