Grace Elaine Hansen, our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend peacefully passed away on November 5, 2022, in Roy, Utah. Elaine was born on February 25th, 1936 in Brigham City, Utah to Glenn and Grace Burt.

She was raised in Brigham City and graduated from Box Elder High in 1954. She married her high school sweetheart, Bob Hansen in the Logan Temple on May 26, 1954. They were happily married for 56 years until his passing in 2010. She was a loving wife and mother.

She was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and faithfully fulfilled many callings.

She is survived by her children: Peggy Barfuss, Mike and Lisa Hansen, Quinn and Kris Hansen, Reid and Judy Hansen, 19 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by sister, Darlene Stoddard, brother Brian Burt, and many nieces and nephews.

The viewing will be Friday, November 11, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Myers Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West in Roy, Utah. An additional viewing will be held Saturday, November 12, 2022 from 10:30-11:30 AM at the Roy 12th Ward located at 4524 South 2525 West in Roy, Utah. The funeral will begin at 12:00 PM.
