Ette’s, and assisted her husband Doug while he was scoutmaster for five years. She worked at Commercial Security Bank for 13 years. Joyce and Doug along with their children started Palmer Wholesale Décor, a business that was open for over 50 years where Joyce was the bookkeeper for many of those years.
Joyce always felt her children, Wayne, Karl, Roger and Laura, were her greatest gifts. She cherished the time they spent together boating, golfing, sightseeing and camping. She always loved anytime she could spend with her family throughout her life.
