William Simpson

October 23, 1948 — June 15, 2023

LaGrange — William H Simpson passed away from renal failure on June 15th, 2023. He was born October 23rd, 1948 and was a native of Oldham County, Kentucky. He graduated from Oldham County High School, class of 1966. He attended Weber State College in Ogden, Utah. Bill married and later divorced the late Dianna Collard of Utah. He had an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force as a Vietnam Era Veteran. Bill was in the restaurant business for 25 years and was an avid sports enthusiast before losing his vision. William later in life found joy, and peace in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and was a faithful follower of Christ. Bill is survived by his two sons, Jason J Simpson (Susan), Daniel S Simpson (Becky) of Utah, and seven grandchildren Dayton, Trendon, Carson, & Tyson (Jason’s boys), and Sam, Eli, and Madi (Daniel’s kids) all of northern Utah.

William’s body was cremated.
