Brent Wilson

Evert Brent Wilson was born July 18th, 1946 to Evert C. Wilson and Sylvia Mills. On February 4th, 1966, he married Carol J. Hadley in the Salt Lake City temple. Brent fathered three beautiful little boys who grew up to become fantastic men: Tyler Shayne, Jason Wade (Teisha), and Brandon Blake (Brenda).

He graduated from Ogden High School in 1964 and joined his dad’s painting business. He’d been painting with him since he was twelve. Brent also joined the National Guard around this time. When his six years were up, the Guard tried to get him to go another six, but I heard from a reliable source that his wife said “I don’t think so.” He was also the oven man for one of the few all scratch bakeries in town.

He was preceded in death by his son Tyler Wilson and his grandson Skyler Wilson.

He is survived by his wife Carol Wilson, his sons Jason (Teisha) Wilson, Brandon (Brenda) Wilson, grandchildren JT Wilson, Baylee (Ian) Brinkerhoff, Emi Wilson, Allie Wilson, Katie Wilson, and great grandson Brooks Brinkerhoff.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 31st, 2023 at 11 am at the LDS church 2235 N 4350 W, Plain City, Utah.
