Billy Jay Spencer

Nov 6, 2023

May 24, 1955 — November 2, 2023

Died of respiratory failure.

Carla (Wife) In our 24 years of marriage, Billy supported our decisions with kindness and patience. We never held each other back as we faced new adventures and projects.

Ethan (nephew) Uncle Bill was a man of few words, I’m going to miss the adventures we had and his sense of humor. Love you Uncle Bill

Trevor (nephew) I would not be the man I am today if not for Uncle Bill helping keep me in line during my summer fishing trips spent with him and Travis.

Steve (brother) My oldest brother Bill, I will miss you and have always loved you.

You have always loved people for who they are, especially me.

Daxton (nephew) I will miss you and will always cherish the memories of the hunts with you.

Greg (son) One of Billy’s greatest passions was the great outdoors. He found solace and joy in the embrace of nature, often sharing his love for the wilderness with friends and family. Whether it was a leisurely hike, a fishing trip by the lake, or simply taking in the beauty of the world around him, Billy’s connection to nature was an integral part of his life.

Kirk (son) Billy Spencer was patient, kind, loving, loyal, helping, happy, giving, and quiet.

Adrianne (daughter) He never treated me like I was anything else but his daughter. Was proud of me. Sometimes disappointed and always willing to help my wants and dreams become realities. He was a gold medalist eye roller. I love Mr.B. Thanks for always looking out for me.

Quinn (granddaughter) Grandpa had a long beard and glasses. He likes fishing and trout. I love playing with him. He told me that he loves me. He used to say, “These are my crackers!” When he would share his chicken biscuit crackers with us. I know for sure he’s gonna be happy in heaven.

Curtis (grandson) Grandpa Billy was a grandpa who showed love in a unique way. He would often tease us, but with a subtle smile and a wink.

Ben (grandson) Billy was very nice and great to hang out with. He was funny and taught me lots of things.

Emily (granddaughter) Billy was quiet, funny, and had “strong” tickles. He was a great grandpa to me.

George (grandson) Billy was super funny, and he was always there to help you when you needed it.

Shelly (granddaughter) Billy was the type of guy who was calm, nice, and fun to play with.

Mindy (daughter) Billy accepted us and supported our family with love and kindness. He was also just so enjoyable to be around.

Clint (son-in-law) Kind, fun-loving, father-in-law, outdoorsy, soft-spoken, chocolate-loving friend, hard-working, John Wayne was his hero.

Travis (son) Dad was a loving, carrying man with integrity & good morals. He loved hunting.

We’ll carry his love forever!
