Ann Marie Eilander

1946 – 2023

Our loving Daughter, Sister, Aunt and Cousin Ann Marie Eilander passed away on October 24, 2023, in Lakewood Colorado after she had been hospitalized a few times lately for back pain and balance issues.

Ann Marie was born on September 29, 1946, in Ogden Utah to Burke and LaRue McKinley. She grew up in Roy with her mother and stepfather Foster H. Tolman.

Marie graduated from Weber High School and Weber State University where she obtained a teaching degree in P.E. and Health. Marie Taught school in the Ogden area for a few years.

Marie was married to Stan Titus and was later divorced. Marie married Jim Eilander and they were later divorced.

Marie moved to Denver Colorado in the early 1970’s and eventually ended up working for the U.S. National Park Service where she became a chief manager in equal opportunity with human resources. Marie always took pride in her appearance and how she did her job. She loved to travel to the different national parks throughout her career.

Marie did not have any children, but she was a second mother to her nephews whom she loved very much.

Marie is survived by her brother, Kevin K Tolman (Larene) of Ogden Utah, her sister Toni Stricker Meyer (Pat) of Denver Colorado. Marie is also survived by her three nephews Kevin K Tolman II of Ogden Utah, Chris Austin of Gilbert Arizona and Carey Stricker of Ogden Utah and countless friends throughout life.

Her family and friends will love her and miss her tremendously.
