Wendell Russell (Rusty) Hill

(1950 — 2023)

Passed due to a 23 yr. battle with MS, September 2, 2023 surrounded by his family. Born March 17, 1950; Ogden, Utah to Wendell Orla Hill and Mary Ellen Russell Hill. He married Nancy Fleming on March 1, 1969. Served in the Navy 1969-1972 (Seabee).

Preceded in death by his parents Wendell Orla Hill and Mary Ellen Russell Hill, mother-in-Law Mary Fleming, brother-in-law’s Richard (Rich) Fleming, Darrin Brunell, sister-in-law Carolyn Fleming, nephew Michael Tams, nieces Nataya Fleming and Heather Marrs, nephew Bruce Marrs, great grandsons Jack Day and Archie Harmon.

He is survived by his wife, and siblings David (Nena) Hill, Mary (John) Jones, Leah Brunell, and Jeana Hill Hale. Three children Shauna (Leon) Lyon, Lance (Michelle) Hill, and Stacy (Dennis) Day; nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
