Joyce O. Taylor

Joyce O. Taylor passed away September 24, 2023. Joyce was born August 19, 1940, in Evanston, WY to Walter and Evangiline (Carpenter) Olsen. She married Doug Taylor on April 1, 1980. Doug and Joyce were sweethearts for 7 years as teenagers, 22 years as close friends and married for 44 years.

Joyce worked as a legal secretary, was a co-owner of Doug’s Auction, and a realtor and Assoc. broker with Doug’s Real Estate Sales.

She was an opera lover, she and Doug traveled extensively, 20 countries and saw operas in 19 of those countries. Joyce and Doug also participated in ballroom dancing.

Joyce is survived by her husband Doug, children James Rice (Mary Ann), Kim Nebeker, Diana Douglas, Yvonne Boeck (Arnold), Tracy Farley (Roger), Teresa Trujillo (Sid), and Robert Taylor (Michelle), 30 grandkids, 36 great grandkids. Preceded in death by her parents.
