Patricia Ann Call

September 13, 1939 — April 4, 2024

Patricia Ann Call , 84, passed away with her family by her side on Wednesday, April 4, 2024 of Alzheimer’s. She was the middle child of Rex & Beulah Marx, born on September 13, 1939, in Salt Lake City, UT. She grew up moving frequently and attended a different school each year. She graduated from Bothell High School in Bothell, Washington. She would later graduate as a certified Home Health Aide.

She married Stuart Simmons Sr. In 1959, they had two sons, Stuart Jr & Daniel. They were later divorced. She married Darrell (Pete) Call in 1975, they had two daughters, Dawn and Bobbie Jo.

Patricia worked in various fields over the years, but found her passion taking care of the elderly working as a Home Health Aide both privately and through the Davis County Council on Aging.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Darrell (Pete) Call, her children, Stuart Simmons Jr & Dawn (Kenny) Fuit; her brother Michael Marx Sr; her grandchildren, Kyler & Lexi Fuit; and her fur babies, Thor & Harley. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Sharon Vier Barton, her daughter Bobbie Jo, her son Daniel and her best friend, JoAnn Bowman.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024, with visitation at 12-12:45pm and service at 1pm at the Clearfield Community Church, 525 E. 200 S. Clearfield UT, 84015

The family would like to thank the staff at Auberge Assisted Living, Barrington Place, & Symbii Home Care and Hospice for all of the care, love, & compassion they showed Patricia. She loved each & every one of you.
