Gary (affectionately known as “Dr. Fun”) taught outdoor recreation at Weber State University for 35 years. His was a life filled with adventure, exploration, and challenge. He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Central Germany, and served his country as an Army National Guard Special Services Green Beret.
