Patricia Ann Knight (nee Turner), 92, of Ogden, UT, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2024. She was born on October 4, 1931, in Ogden, UT, to Trace and Mary Turner. She graduated from Ogden High School in 1949 and went on to attend Weber College, receiving her associate degree in 1951.

Pat’s first marriage was to Rex Cunningham, and together they had three children: Stephanie, Cheryl, and Trace. After the two divorced, Pat met, and married Donald Steiner. They later parted ways and she went on to marry Donald Knight, with whom she shared many happy years with. Through those relationships Pat also became a bonus mother and grandmother.

Pat worked at First Presbyterian Church from 1966 to 1968. Her unwavering faith was without question, as she was an active member of this church for over 50 years. From 1971 to 1984, Pat worked at Weber State College before completing her career at Salt Lake Community Health, where she worked from 1985 until her retirement in 1994.

Volunteering was something Pat was very passionate about and admired for. She generously donated much of her time to Weber Training Center, Junior League, First Presbyterian Church, AIDS Foundation and Family Counseling Services. She was also a devoted PEO sorority sister and incredible friend. Pat loved to travel and enjoyed camping, as well as many family houseboat trips on Lake Powell. She was an avid reader, loved being part of her book club, and cherished her time at both the theatre and symphony. Pat was an amazing cook and loved to host friends and family. In her later years, Pat relished the time she had with her rescue pup, Sadie.

Pat was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be remembered for her infectious laugh and love for her family and friends. Pat is survived by her three children, Stephanie Hadley (Michael); Cheryl Robertson; and Trace Cunningham (Wendy); along with grandchildren, LeeAnn Smith (Chuck, deceased), Jamie Moline (Brady), Shalynn Cunningham, and Kort Robertson; five great-grandchildren, and several bonus children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Trace and Mary Turner; husband, Donald Knight; son-in-law, Brett Robertson; and granddaughter, Jocelyn (Hadley) McCarthy.

The family would like to thank everyone at Lotus Park for their kindness and care. Funeral Service will be held at First Presbyterian Church at 880 28th St, Ogden, on Saturday, February 24th at 1:00pm, with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her honor to First Presbyterian Church.
