Mary Louise (Schroeder) Fullmer, 83, born August 20, 1940, in Perris, CA, passed peacefully at home in Perry, UT, on December 30, 2023. Viewing will be on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, from 6-8pm at Gilles Funeral Chapel, 634 E 200 S, Brigham City, UT. Funeral will be on Thursday, January 4 at 11am at the Perry Stake Center, 685 W 2250 S, Perry, UT. There will be a brief viewing from 10-10:45am prior to the funeral. Mary was known as “Grandma Mary” to all – grandchildren, day care children, and others alike. She treated everyone as if they were family and believed in being kind, loving, and honest. Mary was a dedicated child care provider for over three generations and served as pianist for many years for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She had an affinity for bowling, baseball, and Diet Pepsi. Mary’s spirit was defined by her simplicity, her love for the little things in life, and her unwavering faith. Mary’s loss will be felt by so many, but most of all by her love of 64 years, Alma. He held the hand of his sweetheart through years, it was only fitting he was holding her hand as she left this earth. Mary is proceeded in death by her parents Dwight Seymour Schroeder and Isabella Lottie Perkins Schroeder as well as her brothers Robert N Schroeder and James E Schroeder. She is survived by her loving husband, Alma Fullmer; her four children: Judy (Michael) Oliver, Patricia (Christopher) Rose, Bonnie (Elliott) Reeves, and John Oyler; ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and her brother Dwight S Schroeder, Jr.
