He was born to Sylverster Einspahr and Edna Denker in Imperial Nebraska. His formative years were spent in Imperial. He had 2 Brothers Dale Einspahr Arvada Colorado and Ron Einspahr Brookings South Dakota and 2 Sisters Evonne Kraeess Lynn Central Illinois and Diane Haarmeyr George Town Texas. He graduated from Nebraska University in Lincoln Nebraska. He moved to Ogden, Utah and got a job at White motors. Then went to work for the Post Office. He married Joan Des Roches in November of 1961. They were blessed with 2 sons, Jeff Einspahr and Dean Einspahr. Darrel and his friend Bob built titanium golf clubs by special orders. He had a great love for golf and He won the PGA (Postal Golf Association). He was a golf Pro at Round Valley golf Course in Morgan, Utah. It was just starting out and He planted every tree on the course. He played in many Tournaments. He had 2 Grandsons Joshua and Brandon Einspahr, and several Nieces and Nephews. They were later divorced and He married Linda Hansen. She had 2 Sons Chad and Blair and a Granddaughter Addie Hansen.
