Eric “Rick” Lorin Campbell

Rick Campbell, 68, passed away Sunday March 17, 2024, at his son’s home surrounded by his children. He was born August 1, 1955, in Ogden, UT to Sterling and Thella (Siller) Campbell. He graduated from Roy High School in 1973. He married Shirley Hilton on June 5, 1975. They had three children together, Christy (Brent), Chad and Ryan (Katie). They later divorced but remained friends throughout the years.

He was blessed with 8 grandchildren, Alyssa, Whitney, Brandon, Levi, Rachel, Matthew, Jakob and Penelope.

Rick was mechanically inclined and loved to “tinker” with his cars and boat in his free time. He was an avid collector and loved to collect art. He also owned Custom Covers, a boat cover company, for over 40 years. He was a master at his craft and had many loyal happy customers.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Mother and Brother. He is survived by his three sisters.

Our family would like to give a heartfelt thanks to the Nurses at Inspiration Health for their compassionate care of our father.

A viewing will be held from 11am to 12 pm at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd., Ogden, UT on Thursday, March 21, 2024. Graveside services will be at 12:30 pm at Ben Lomond Cemetery, 526 E. 2850 No., North Ogden, UT.
