Dolfo D. Baltazar

Dolfo D Baltazar, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend passed away on May 10, 2024. He was born on May 1, 1924, and recently celebrated his 100th Birthday. He passed away on his wife Shirley's birthday. We are sure there was a great celebration going on there! Dolfo has been an excellent example of kindness and generosity throughout his life. He was born in Park City, UT, and grew up in Corinne, UT. He attended Box Elder County Schools. Dolfo served in the U.S. Army during World War II and is proud to have served his country.

He married Shirley Hess on March 14, 1953. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Ogden LDS Temple. They enjoyed 59 years of marriage. They have three children, Paul (Joy) Baltazar, Cheryl (Raul) Romero, and Jeff (Norma Jean) Baltazar. They are blessed with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dolfo is also dearly loved by many extended family members.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 17, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Lindquist's Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Rd.
