Survived by her 4 children; Daniel, Kellie, Sesley, Kelsey; 7 grandchildren & 1 great; & her siblings; Tom, Vicky, Tammy, Terry & Ann. Proceeded in death by her husband David Hullett, and her mom, Donna Shafer.
