Albert Steven Becker passed away peacefully in New Meadows Idaho July 27th. Born into the Becker Brewing legacy to parents Frederick C. Becker and Marjorie (Sissie) Jacobsen in Ogden August 9, 1952. He has two sisters, Karen Edson, Frieda Becker, brother Kurt and half-brother Tony Seeger. Graduated from Layton HS & USU with degrees in Range Management and Watershed Science. At USU, Al was a proud member of Sigma Nu Fraternity. During the summers in HS and after college, Al joined the Forest Service, where he built a remarkable career caring for the land he appreciated and loved. Al sold eggs as a child and bought his fist horse. He loved, cared for and rode his horses for the rest of his life. Survived by his wife Holly (Black), two sons Brandon and Steven, grandchildren Blaize and Pepper and Becker/Seeger siblings. Preceded in death by his father, mother, stepfather (Paul Seeger) and stepbrothers Darryl, Bill and Kent. A celebration of life in New Meadows Idaho.
